I have made a diy dwc bubbler and have a few questions...

Do i keep the bubblers on 24/7?

Is it possible to do an aeroponic grow from seed in this setup?

or could cotton wool be used as a growth medium indefinately/to start of the seeds?

P.S I'm bit low on cash thats why theres so much improvisation

No, you'll need to start the seeds off in 1 inch rockwool plugs first. You need some roots first before you go into the bubblers.
If you havnt already have a read through MU's exellent Bubbler thread.

The 1 inch plugs will cost you a fiver for a tray max, clay pebbles about the same, depends on how many your doing but thats the lowest cost/amount. So your talking a tenner, not too much but a little more than a bag of chips
