i know of a man in morocco who is growing with pakistani genetics. failing that,anything that grew in morocco should grow in libya i'd have thought. are you at sea level or in the hills.

You'll be able to grow just about any strain of canna very easily but seeing as you have such a wonderful climate,you are in a position to grow pure sativa strains,or hybrids with strong sativa influence outdoors that will finish properly within your climate.

If you have experience of growing you may want to go for the pinnacle of top strains and grow some Original Haze.

I'd take a look at the Afropips range of seeds I believe they are all bred from African landrace genetics, might be just what you're looking for.

I reckon ACE and Cannabiogen would do well too.
