Temp is: 30 - 32.5

and RH is: 40 - 50%

Is this ok

and ideally your RH wants to be about 70% in veg and 40% in flower

you can increase humidity with something simple like a wet towel, a mini fogger or a humidifier

you can decrease the humidity with a de-humidifier or by incresing the temp. the higher the temp the lower the humidity.
