morning folks
well thanks to joolz and gerrit im doing this test grow with the fem'd warlock beans which im really excited about, as im looking to bring my grow down to just 3 different strains, and they will be - cheese, nepjam x ori express, and the warlock
anyway back to the warlock
il be growing these in westlands compost using biobizz grow and bloom and maxicrop organic seaweed extract @ potting on
for lighting il be using 250 m/h for veg and 600w hps for flower

for germination il be using my trusty, tried and tested method of moist 1 inch rockwool cubes and a dark cupboard in my bedside cabinet and they should be sprouting by saturday

my plan is to put 2 of these out to flower after 30 days veg and the remaining 3 will go out sometime after the 45days veg mark

im extremely looking forward to growing these out, and maybe finding a nice mum as ive heard so many good things about this strain, it seems to tick all the boxes anyway

bloody taking there time are'nt they scarface..........i have one just cracking the surface of the medium and 1 more that will be tomorrow i reckon..........but the other 3.......

yeah thats ok gerrit warned us that 'fresh is an understatement' so they may take a little longer to pop than usual
im sure they will come through but either way im happy to just have one warlock on the go tbh

all the best shady..know you gonna do the biz...mate i i did 1 at 35 days.. and 1 and 45 days[[huge diffrence in the end result] leave them slighty longer in veg..at least 40 days bro...the 10 days exrtra will make a huge difference....have fun its lovely to grow

anyway little update...

out of the 5 i germed 1 still hasnt popped, 1 got to about an inch high, stayed that height for about a week and then decided to die, so i have 3 left all doing ok (a couple seem quite lanky compared to most ive grown) but still im happy with 3 warlocks
fingers crossed for the last bean to pop

yes that 3rd one is definatly alot slower growing than the other 2, its miles behind now - very stunted, also think the compost was abit to hot for that one too


anyway the larger 2 have just been repotted a couple of days ago (sunday), i wouldve liked to have done it a couple of days earlier (friday) but didnt have the time

those 2 are looking nice and healthy Scarface , hopefully the 3rd picks up for you mate, i had a similar problem with 1 of my plants earlier in the grow, i think it was similar with the compost possibly being too hot for it? , but after a week or 2 it started to improve but just as it was re-gaining health it turned out to be male , peace, Baz

bad news on the warlock front as im 99% sure the 2 decent ones i have are both males, not hermies just males, so im abit gutted about that as i was really looking forward to growing these out as ive heard so many good things

il keep you all posted over the next day or so and will take some macros of the pre-flowers later aswell, but like i say im 99% sure and im never usually wrong when it comes to sexing

yes all 3 boys im afraid mate - had to bin them, and oddly enough 2 had lsf but nothing else in my grow has got it and 1 of them was fine, it was quite strange tbh, luckily nothng else got infected with it but it was just them 2 plants

sorry mate havent got the plants anymore, i binned them as they were boys and obviously i had to get something else on the go, i can assure you they were males though gerrit, i was abit gutted tbh as id heard so much about it and wouldve definatly liked to have had it in my growroom
anyway sorry again for not getting pics of the preflowers but havent had batteries in my camera for ages as they were in my 360 controller so been using my phone lately and it dosent really focus in that small
