You will enjoy Warlock iam on my third grow of it.
Lovely active high and sweet fruity buds.
And the yield this time has been the best yet,. ive had to buy an extra cureing jar.
Top strain give them enough veg and they will perform very well.

From seed i did 2 weeks veg under 110w and then 2 weeks under 400w MH blue.
I had other plants that all turned male "Burmese Kush" so the warlock didnt get all the light.
So i gave them some more veg 4-5 days .
They stretch but not that bad maybe x2 but i use blue light for 1st week of 12-12.
Nute wise i am in hydro but they ain't fussy .
Doin these now in coco but the last lot were in pots of cell max and hydro rocks.
Lovely fruity smell very active high real nice.
I did a thread on the first warlock but didn't veg long enough ,nice bud but not as nice as the lot i just chopped.
I am very impressed with it hope yours turn out well.

Click to view attachmentjust popped beans in paper towel and will hopefully see some action within 24hrs.......
once they do pop they will be going into 3 inch pots with bio bizz all mix / seedling soil......and then into pure all mix and potted up to 15ltr for flowering.....feed will consist of bio bizz grow and bloom along with top max.
these will be under 400w of light to start with but about 3 ft away gradually lowering and then another 400w will be turned on for last few weeks of veg and all of flowering........

Fresh seeds is sort of an understatement for these, so they can take their time to "wake up".

Hi Neo,
Pretty poor results so far, are you sure there is nothing wrong with the medium?
I can understand the slow germination, but since your only survivor is not growing well either I wonder if there might be something wrong with the environment.

O well, my Warlocks got attacked by leaf spot and spidermites!
Hope ya get it sorted mate

Nov 14 2007, 08:37 AM
well........i have 2 warlocks at the other grow room...no more mites or thrips in room for 2 weeks now....they are huge and in 25litre pots...........also took 10 cuttings from them.......5 from each and they all took in 7 days......
so despite the serious stress, cuttings taken and being washed in a very weak bleach solution along with the room etc.........they have not hermied or anything...........and look ready for flowering......hopefully get some pics in next few days.......

I'll guess that you mean that they have shown only female pre-flowers so far since they are not put in to flower yet, right?
I'm looking forward to the pictures, 25 L pots
They will become monsters.

It's still strange that not all 5 popped. My first one popped in a day, the others all within 2,5 days. Unfortunately I killed my first and best one when a pencil dropped from my front pocket. Freak accident
I have a "strange" one too, with slightly different color. I kept it because in a test grow the unusual ones are most of the time the most interesting. If not for yield, at least for the breeder

2 months of pre-growing should really give you monster plants. Mine will get a lot less veg time and will go on 12/12 before being really mature.
keep up the good work!

well i finally managed to get a pic of the 2 warlocks i have......
here is warlock 1 which is being kept as a mum.....she is the big one at the back!!!
Click to view attachmenti have 2 clones of her which are just settling after being abused a little...and a further 6 to be done next time....will get some pics of them once they have perked up as they are poorly.....
and here is a pic of warlock 2.........i have 1 cutting of her getting ready for flowering.........and six more for the next run.......again she is a little poorly......but im sure she will be fine.....with time.....
this plant here is 10 days into flower, its in a massive square pot and you can just make it out under the plant which is huge.......3ft high and atleast 6ft around her top......
onto clones now gerrit.........all is looking well and still no male / hermie issues.........will post some pics later, as they have just been repotted......
Gerrit
Jan 2 2008, 08:41 PM
Thanks for the update Neo, are all clones from the same mom?
Gerrit
yes there from the same mum gerrit...out of the 5 beans i had 2 no shows and 3 females.......as i hear you are having a lot of men appearing......not from this batch i had though.....
Gerrit
Jan 2 2008, 09:33 PM
Glad to hear that Neo, of course "a lot" is in relation to them being "feminised", but it was at least more than I expected so I'll assume something went wrong the first time.

i have 1 warlock which im going to leave to cola........so i guess i will find out either way.........
Gerrit
Jan 10 2008, 12:35 PM
Hi Neo,
The Warlocks will do great when trained as long as you do not keep it up to long, it does not like being crowded.
I'm not fond of breaking the stalks or "super cropping" but bending back the high branches and main stalks can be done up till the 2nd week of flower.
Gerrit
Neo
Jan 10 2008, 12:46 PM
thanks very much gerrit........these have had 1 tie / bend of the main stem and then left to develop there own heads........these new heads are not tied and wont be tied.............the plants have plenty of space in the room and are in 15ltr pots.........was tempted to go to 25 but cant be waiting any longer.........will flip to 12/12 over the weekend.......whats the stretch like........
Click to view attachmentthis was taken 2 days ago and shows the space they have to grow into.......
Gerrit
Jan 10 2008, 01:26 PM
That is a lot of space indeed, will you flower those seedlings in the same room as well or will there just be the 2 of them?
In case you want those 2 to fill up most of the room I would veg for one more week.
They will at least double in size under average conditions but the environment has a great influence on it as well.
If they have little or no competition from surrounding plants they will not stretch that much, but at the other hand, they will really shoot up if they are crowded.
You might want to bend back the middle a 2nd time after the first week of flower to maintain a flat, or even better, a stadion shape.
Gerrit
Neo
Jan 10 2008, 01:32 PM
hi gerrit
noticed there not really stretching that much in veg.......i now know why...........the seedlings are a test to see if i like the strain......plenty of space i have found most strains grow into.....so think these will just be about right along with the other ones.......
