I have a Hydrogarden Dual Flow system, which I will be using for flood & drain.

I am planning on growing in rockwool starter cubes, placed into 4£ cubes, which will then be placed on 3 x 1m rockwool slabs in the Dual Flow system.

What I am wondering is how often should I flood rockwool for and how often?

I have never used it before and have noticed how much water even the starter cubes retain... I am concerned about over-watering the plants.

You should start by monitoring the medium very carefully after a watering. see how long for the medium to all but totally dry up then flood it again. usually i do three to four floods during lights on, but it depends totally on the medium ur using.

i do 3 flood a day on mine like cannamedic says just depends how fast it drys out
