Can anyone recommend a strain that grows (and preferably tastes) like C99? I imagine it would be a sativa/indica mix and quite flexible well into flowering. Thinking of deployting it to a SCROG hence why C99-like strain would be good.

No C99 anywhere now it seems....

I think grapefruit grows with the stature and similar bud type to the FDM c99 that I used to have. I imagine it to be fruity tasting but not too similar maybe. (i havent grown grapefruit but have seen some grown and a cross i recently saw looked just like the c99 i had) I think I seem to remember someone saying that c99 was 75% grapefruit.

Deff Grapefruit its nearly the same as c99 and its a very nice plant to grow , only trouble you gonna have is actually finding any stock ...

looking at the strain lineage' i found [Advert Removed] it looks like c99 was originally shiva haze x jack herer although that was a few generations before F2 c99's.

Looking at that list really makes me wanna evaluate each strain on there - one per night...mmmm

I'm going to give grapefruit a whirl although i'm going to see if people have scrogged it ok. Nice thing about c99 was that it loved scrog and having thin stems didn't matter becasuse all buddage was supported in the wire.

It's a crying shame that c99 is no more - that was some special shiz. (wipes tear from eye)

pineapple punch sounds vaguely similar. pinapple taste earlier sativa type thing.

I've gotta say i was disapointed with the grapefruit high. Not a patch on c99
