germinated 10 warlock seeds a few weeks ago and only 8 germinated yet they all looked healthy enough. Let me just mention first that I have grown countless other strains from various other quality seedbanks and always get 100% germination, also from bagseed and have also been growing for several years.
Do you think this is a fluke? have you heard anything similar from anybody else? Plants look nice and most look the same but one has a slight more indica look which should be interesting to see in a few months

As you can see by the batchnumber and date that you've mentioned in the title, these seeds are 4 years old.
I don't know if you have bought them recently or stored them yourself for that long, all I know is that I've stopped selling them around spring 2004.
If you bought them recently, would you mind telling me where?
Considering the age and the fact that I don't know how well they have been stored, I think an 80% germination rate is not so bad at all.
But if you've bought them recently, I can understand the disappointment.
