As the topic says I'm basically trying to find apollo 11 or cindy 99 and I wondered if spice of life seed company still makes seeds cause I can't findem online!

Couldn't swear to this but I believe you can still get Lieu Hanh x C99 and DTC99 A & C phenos. Fet is still producing seeds in small amounts from what I've seen but no pure C99 or A11.
