a lifetime m8 :yahoo: but you can put them in overnight, and they take a few months to tighten up... i'll post a kinda " dread diary" here i think... show the process, cause everyone should have em at least once :smoke:

its not a problem but you need to let someone with a bit of practice do the job.

if you walk down the khao san rd in bangkok you'll see dozens of gap year travellers sitting on stools,from straight head to dread head takes a couple of hours...instant locks of any length and they dont look too bad ...not the same as grown ones obviously but if you cant wait why not?

ye all hair will dread, some just requires more care than others.... but backcombing seems to be the fastest method of getting any hair to dread..

pretty much if you can get knots in your hair you can have dreadlocks :doh:
