A big no no as I understand it. Veg is so short that time taken to recover would harm ur final yield, not enhance it. But someone on here might have experience of doing it and be better placed to tell u actual outcome of topping an auto. ATB,reds

LST worked a treat on a barneys flower power. Probably a much better option with autos as you can get an even canopy with the minimum of stress and healing time which is the main thing with autos.

I can tell you, from my limited experience, Auto plants are very fragile. The more you mess with them the more likley things will go wrong.
Just give your plant what it need (nutes, water, light, ect) and leave it do its thing.
Best you can hope for is tying down some of the larger leaves that stop the light from penetrating to lower bud sites. But then again, I wouldn't even suggest that.

At the mo im growing some auto caramel creams. i have one with odd geanes and she was topped. imo going by this one plant. all it does is slow the plants groth. and in a auto time is presious.
but that being said mine is doing fine. if your confidant that nothing else will stress your plant throught the whole grow id say try it. otherwise you loose final yeild as the plant has spent to long fixing herself rather than blooming
