aeroponic vegging then how to change MEDIUM to coir.

hi ive had 4 plants from seed in aeroponic x-stream propagator for 3 weeks now and they have got very big very quickly with foot long dreadlock like roots :yahoo:

the thing in ive brought 15L autopots and mixed coco coir and need to pot them now...

some one told on hear to use rootgrow plus on roots but i dont know much more then that!

i was going to just put the plant at the height of the pot and let the roots hang down to the bottom and buried them so the roots are in a straight line in the middle of pot. does this sound right...
thanks.
plus the shop owner said to water around the sides of the pot as well as the middle to help the root to grow out...
