Yes man exept autos and when there's branches big enough to get cuttings from :smokin: cheezehead :bong:

Ideally you want to take clones from a mother thats in veg stage. If the mother is in flowering stage, the clones will root, keep them under 24 hr light and they go back to veg stage which can take a while (2-3 weeks) and some of the leaves will go a bit wrinkly. In my experiance anyway.
