I recently won an iPad and been browsing the App store looking for decent Apps to install. I thought I'd create a thread listing the best Apps I've found so far. Please add to this list and decent App you know of.
Here's my list so far:
- Guardian Eye Witness A free app which displays amazing photos taken from the Guardian newpaper "Eye witness" centre page. It starts off with about 100 photos and you get a new photo every day.(free)
- Fractile Plus - A pretty cool fractal program which allows you to navigate the mandlebrot and julia sets. I was very impressed at the speed that this works. Nice when you're really stoned!(free)
- Volvox- Quite cool Artificial life program (free)
- Cut the Rope - A silly game where you have to feed a frog by cutting ropes which holds some candy. I quite enjoy playing this even though I think it's aimed at children. This one is also available on the iPhone. (69p)
