WTF, Every Plant?

Leaves almost look like a slight mag/cal deficiency. But then quickly go south. Leaf curl, white leaves, dying shoots, week stems.
Growing in straight promix.
Watering with RO Water. Starting at 230ppm, after RO:30ppm I live in a place where there is a shellfish shop below and the landlord adds bleach to a chlorinator that is hooked up to the main supply of water. I do not drink the water out of the tap.
Temps consistant 24 C.
Ferts: Using Sensi Cal/Mag to make up for the ro water, AN Super Tea Grow, and have added Advanced Revive product (low level chelated micro and macro nutrients for minor deficiencies.
Does the RO remove chlorine? Could that be my issue? Or am I just removing everything else out of the water that the plants need?
This is happening to every plant in my veg area, and has for the last 2 months. Clones, Seedlings. Not happening in my flowering room, but I figure my flowering formula has enough in it to make up for any deficiency.
Please help, I am losing my mind over this. Growing for 15 years now, and I have never seen anything like it.
Is it fungal? Boron, Iron? Anything!
This last week, I moved my veg room to a different home. Flushed each pot with a light nutrient solution, with regular good well water. Starting at 130ppm. Hopefully it has what I've been missing.
At this point I have lost 3 flats of seeds, after being transplanted to 1 gallon pots.
I am a good grower and produce fine medicine, but this one has me questioning my ability to do this anymore.

Your using calmg so really shouldn't be seeing cal mg def but that's
what it looks like. What dosages do you use the calmg at?
How come you chose to go down that route after 15 years?

Our promix does not have anything in it, except for mycorrhizi.
I have decided to go to RO water, due to the hardness of the iron and the chlorine in the most recent grow location. I would like to throw the filter in the road, to be honest with you. The small problems I was dealing with before were nothing like this.
So is there any chance that it is fungal? It is not super wet in my veg area by any means.
I've been using the Cal/mag at 7.5ml per gallon

grow one is 1.25ml per ltr and I find 1ml per ltr to be plenty.
I wouldn't say its a fungus.

I ask because I've seen plants affected by too much ozone and they looked very much like those. If you do make sure all the ozone isn't being pulled into your intake causing this problem.

Something like this would do the trick.
Cost's about £12 for 250 grams. 1 gram treats 10l of water so 1 tub does 2'500l
This will drop the PH of your RO water to about 6.6-6.8 as well as re-mineralising your water making it able to buffer.
There's another one that's for buffering RO to result in harder water, people use this for keeping HW fish.
Or, you could always add some water from your tap, like maybe 1/4 form the tap and the rest form the RO. You might be better off leaving some out in a bucket over night or circulate it so the cloranimine / chlorine evaporates off. But if your doing Hydro chlorine / chloranimine etc shouldn't make that much of an impact.

in the sweet range for buffering it. Adding it at the dosages you mentioned though,
would make it harder.
You could also add Dolomite Lime to your soil as this will also act as buffer.
And as stated Frank, leaving your water sitting is all you need tp do to rid it of
Chlorine mate :-)

There is nothing about RO water that 'needs fixing'. If there was, how come so many thousands of grows have been done without needing to be fixed?

Calcium/ magnesium is absorbed at a lower ph range. You are probably locking out with a higher PH than tap water.
RO water is about 7.0 Might be best to lower the PH a bit with a bit of acid. Venegar or lemon juice would do. You will have to experiment a bit to get the desired sweetness.
