Short & Bushy Plants Do I need them to stretch or Just Move The Light Up as they get Bigger Rate Topic: -----

Hi All

My plants, are short but have heavy foliage and large leaves nice color smell good. I was wondering to increase their height without stretching should I Move the light up as close as possible without burning and just adjust the height as they get taller keeping them as close to the light as possible. Or put the light higher and encourage them to stretch??
