Perhaps you should address that remark to our very own Mr C, I've lost count of the number of times he's insulted other members when his own rather peculiar theories have been shown to be little more than fantasy.

That's Mr C's way of saying he's running out of EVIDENCE and the fallacy of his argument is becoming obvious for even him to see :yep:

I don't believe anything I hear in any documentary video with background music, especially music of the swelling lower register strings leading to Jaws-type increasing heartbeat rhythms doomy portentous style. Works for me.

This is a bit more upbeat in the instrumentation so maybe will pass muster with you, you skeptical skeptic, they also encouragingly use the term Evidence in the title with only 5 exclamation marks... enjoy :yep:

(PLEASE NOTE NO TIME REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED, THE VIEWER WASTES 8.25 MINUTES OF THIER LIFE AT THIER OWN DISCRETION)

I agree the backing music to that one isn't doomy in the usual conspiracy theory youtube video sub-Mastermind-Theme kind of way, but it does build to quite an impressively spine-tingling spookiness all the same. My emotive background music filter did kick in but only after about fifteen seconds which is probly a record, so what we have here is pretty restrained stuff relatively. It's stil complete bollocks though.

Also you'd have to have a very low reading speed not to lose patience within the first half minute. I guess I'm not part of the target audience.

- A woolly jumper?
- No. It was horrible. We had to kill it with a shovel.

An0m, very sly mate I like it, people can get outed with threads like this. Ever thought of turning to the dark side?

You might make some money if you use your power for evil.

Just a thought.

Fish in a barrel stuff actually thinking about it, we don't have the luxury or facial expressions and vocal nuances, only cold digital text, hope this has been a satisfactory experience for you.

This was meant satirically, or was it?

Now, that's what I want in a conspiracy theory. If I can't imagine William Hartnel or Patrick Troughton shaking their heads and saying, "This will never do. I shall have to do something about this", then frankly, it's not scary enough to be a worthy conspiracy.

lol

too right strawberry, I remember hearing one about some 'secret' us base where they were testing some new thing they built based on an old stargate, that itself turned my head. Turns out when they opened it up some sort of behemoth type creature came out of it and destroyed the place, conveniently killing itself and destroying all trace of any of this lol

The opposers posting here are not true skeptics they are pseudoskeptics.

A true skeptic doubts, inquires, questions, ponders etc but pseudoskeptics attack, ridicule and discredit in an attempt to suppress anything that they dont agree with.

There must always be an opposition, its how the universe works, their blinded closeminded darkness to our beautiful free thinking light.

rather a blanket statement there

ive put plenty of effort and reasoning into my posts regarding being skeptical of certain claims

some are just not worth the effort of debunking in any depth and some have already been debunked repeatedly

i think it says more about someone who posts a theory that has already been debunked and claims its true without checking all the facts ,thats not having an open mind ,and we do get a lot of these threads

the trouble normaly starts when facts are asked for to back up claims made

and when there not given and still the poster insists there right then whats left but ridicule

if you cant argue your case against a bit of opposition ,i would suggest the case wasnt that sound to start with

psuedoskeptics ,really ,how funny
