As you can see from the first picture, the Greeks weren't quite as big a bunch of twats as the Egyptians, because they were smart enough to put legs on their Buckaroo.

But before we give the 'most civilized' award to the ancient Greeks, can someone tell me, what in the name of Zeus is that toy in the second picture meant to be? Who the hell would buy that? Fuck the ancient Egyptians and the ancient Greeks; trying to freak us out with their mad toys...

Eddie, that second picture isn't an ancient strap on cocky with anal butt plug and clit tickler is it ?
Thanks to some selfish owls I have passively smoked something that might turn you into a drug-addled psychotic – and not just me but innocent children in Ely too.

Now you mention it, it does bear a similarity to my nan's ancient strap on cocky with anal butt plug and clit tickler.

You say they are legs Eddie but they look suspiciously like elongated axle supports to me  ... otherwise why else would the "legs" have holes in if not to fit an axle and wheels, the model has merely been broken to remove the wheels, probably by modern greco-revisionists trying to big up their history again... shameful really

Didnt have time to read the whole thread so sorry if this has been posted.Egyptians are given more credit than thry actually deserve, ive recently watched a documentary that dissproves that the pyramid was built without the use of machinery. They couldn't of cut through the hard rock with their basic tools.A professional rock mason concluded that the only way they could of gotten perfectly straigt angles was to use a high powered saw.Evidence that they used high powered circular saw could be seen on the rocks when the saw slipped and cutted a straight groove into the rock. The biggest rocks would take ten big cranes to lift by todays standards so the technology had to come from somwhere aliens ?only logical. Also the model of a wooden glider found in a tomb when airplanes weren't around weird huh.A big model of this glider was copied by the exact design of the one found in the tomb and it was pefectly aerodinamic in the wind tunnel and when it was flown.plenty more modern technology was found someone helped them
Enjoing life .....well at the moment anyways

The “filament” appears to have scales. And a head. And eyes and a mouth. And a tapering tail. In fact, it’s not a wire or an electrical arc at all. It’s a snake. And the “light socket” is in fact a lotus flower. Snakes and lotus flowers had religious symbolism for the Egyptians, which would explain why such a scene was carved on the wall of a temple. This is all fully explained in this link. In addition, although the Baghdad batteries could have produced electricity, 0.5 volts moving at several miliamps is several hundred times too weak to power a lightbulb.[4]

There are other claims of ancient electrical technology, most of which are the product of people who have the deadly combination of too much time on their hands and access to the internet. Claims exist that the Pyramids were giant power plants which provided electricity to run electrical stonecutting tools. Others say that the Great Pyramid was in fact a giant chemical laser which destroyed a planet of our solar system Death Star style to create the asteroid belt. That’s before we even get to the idea that the ancient Egpytians launched satellites to beam power wirelessly to their tools, or alleged interplanetary war. And the aliens! Don’t forget the aliens.

It’s rather depressing to currently slave away trying to get into grad school, then go to grad school and work for years to get a Ph.D. and slowly work my way through the low ranks of academia, when I could just make something up right now and cash in.

Once all the silliness is cleared away, we still have a dozen or so clay jars from Mespotamia that look and function like batteries. What could they possibly have been used for?

Don't forget the true fact that the pyramids are actually alien spaceships from the planet egyption-9 :yep:
I don't think it's totally ludicrous to suggest these batteries could have been used to ignite a small filament, perhaps just as a ignitor to start fire?
