I think 'proven over and over' is overdoing it just a wee tiny bit! One might almost assert the opposite. Many effort have been made to show that cannabis harms the foetus but results tend to be inconclusive. For example:

Actually - consuming cannabis throughout pregnancy hasn't been proven bad at all. This is disinformation.

Melanie Dreher did extensive research on the matter and here is a seminar where she summaries them.



Of course you do not want to smoke anything when pregnant - but vapourising clean medical grade cannabis will not harm the baby at all.

My Fiance is currently 5 months pregnant and she never suffered from morning sickness once. We attended a Phillip Day seminar a few years back and he outlined some studies that linked it to dehydration. So up-taking the amount of clean water (reverse osmosis) is best may well do the trick without the need for cannabis.

Nobody in my family smokes cannabis by the way - I am just truly fascinated by it from an anti-cancer perspective. I consider it the tree of life from all the research I've done.

im not sure why so many cannabis users are disillusioned into thinking that because its organic or that its something natural that comes from a plant, that it is safe. seiing as their all natural, might aswell medicate on magic mushrooms, which can also bee grown organically. apart from the baby's health, how is it even morally right to put that into a child's body without them having a right to give consent or not. basically, without being rude, how u can be proud of giving that to your pregnant sister is absolutely beyond me..... but then ive come to find that 90% of people on these forums will slag off someone who drinks whilst pregnant but would agree with them using cannabis. its complete hypocrisy.

cannabis is scientifically proven less toxic than most foods you eat every day and the air people breathe in urban area's

it is also well known that cannabis is a neuroprotectant and increases brain cell development

as well as you having your own endocannabinoid system regulating your whole body (which needs topping up every now a now and again) one of the first things a mother does at child birth is give a huge shot of her cannabinoides to the baby vire her breast milk!


taken on its own its a very safe and effective way to help the many medical and non medical problems that can arise in pregnancy and child birth

I used cannabis to deal with nausea during pregnancy. I had the worst morning sickness ever, lost shitloads of weight, bmi was 15.1 because I couldn't stop being sick all the time. All day, all afternoon and night. No other remedy that I tried worked, and I refused to take any prescription. Even water made me vom.
The only thing that didn't make me sick was when I had my first smoke of the day. I was able to hold food and water down after.

I was honest with my midwife about this because I did try other things, nothing worked. She was surprisingly supportive actually, and said that it's nothing like drinking alcohol or taking hard drugs, like some of the other women she saw.

So therefore, Cannabis is a cure for morning sickness, well it was for me anyway.

It is also nothing like drinking during pregnancy, have you ever heard of foetal alcohol syndrome? I disagree with you completely.

Men cant become pregnant, so they shouldn't judge anyone that has been and the choices they make whilst they are, cause quite frankly it's none of your fucking business, and if you could no longer see your own genitalia, or sit comfortably,or get a decent nights sleep then maybe you would want a joint too, because it does help and its a hell of a lot safer than anything a doctor will prescribe.
