Cheers

For anyone who might be wondering, my wrist is doing better, the sickening level of pain has gone, the lump is diminishing and I have been working on all the associated muscles of the arm and into the shoulder that were affected by many thousands of hours of mouse-gripping in the last year since I joined
Second photo shows both twins more clearly. They have all just had a shower

Well, not sure why but the Sweet Cheese (on the right) started to go a little yellow and the J47s are showing a touch of it now. The roots aren't heavily developed but are already wrapping round and coming out the bottom. I gave them a light feed of grow and a touch of fish mix 2 days ago to see if it is hunger. The only other explanation is overwatering.
Will get some nice compost today and pot them up. The temps and humidity have been fine so hoping the pot up will help.

Hope your not in too much discomfort
Had to have some warm weather therapy to sort out my shoulder & hands because it's been so damp this year

Slightly late with the update, the yellowing diminished from potting up and they are all looking nice and healthy now. Just getting water and once a week bio silicon.
I have done a tiny bit of topping on a couple of them but now am at the point where I have to decide which way forward.
I have been thinking about putting one of each into a scrog under a 400w and then putting the other 6 under the parabolic 600w and letting them do their own thing
I do love growing from seed - it shows plants at their beautiful best
