Equatorial Guinea, the co-hosts are real minnows (I think it's the first time they've even been in the tournament) and have already qualified for the quarter finals. Ranked 151st in the Fifa rankings they beat Libya (ranked 63) 1-0 and then caused the upset of the tournament, knocking out second favourites (after the Ivory Coast) Senegal with a 2-1 win. Was a really good game, even though the pitch looked more like a swimming pool The winning goal was a proper good strike

I'm enjoying the tournament so far

The Ivory Coast are by far the favourites, way higher in the rankings than anyone else and they got Drogba, Kalou, Gervinho, Eboue and the Toure brothers for a start (and probably more players who's names we know that I've forgotten ), but they played shite in the first game.

Watching the game now, and really the Ivory Coast should absolutely destroy Burkina Faso. The players that the Côte d'Ivoire have got they should win 6 or 7 nil.
