Hi there - I'm a first time grower - and I'm day 19 from planting my seeds into soil - I accidentally potted my babies up into PM coco coir not knowing there was no ferts in this. I found out about this today after posting in the Sick plants forum (http://www.uk420.com...howtopic=279873)

I have a diary going here (https://www.uk420.co...1)

I've just gone down to my local hydro store and bought PM coco grow (A+B) and Bloom (A+B), and fed my plants with the grow (1:1 of A:b) at 5ml per 1L) - is there is a good chance my plants will recover to get something from them or do you think I should start again?

Also I'm not sure about the feeding schedule for auto with Coco nutes - any advice would be much appreciated.

Wish I wasn't stoned when I bought my growing medium was meant to buy PM soil supreme ha :B): :B): as I know this would have been easier as a first time grower!

Hi mate. 5ml/L is way too strong for your young plants. Flush them through with plain water then water them with a mix of 2.5ml/L to start off with. Do you have an EC meter? If not dont worry just keep an eye on the leaves, if they start turning yellow up the amount of grow slightly but dont over do it or you will burn em.
Coco is a great medium to grow with especially for a beginner, and you can get fantastic results.

You really wanna be posting this in the coco coir forum, but im sure a mod will move it.

Cheers - for advice - can't believe I've made another mistake :wallbash: I don't have an EC monitor - so I should completely flush through straight away and half the dose - straight away, even though they are Auto plants?

Yes mate I would. Whatever size pots they are in flush them with 3 times that amount of plain water, so if they are in 6 ltr pots flush with 18 ltrs of water, then water with the 2.5 ml/ltr mix. They should recover fairly quickly as they are still young.

Just noticed they are auto's, ive never grown auto's so im not sure when you should switch from grow nutes to bloom nutes, or just bloom nutes from the off, but im sure someone else will be able to help with that.

Try and stick some pics up too mate, will help loads to see them.

I do have a diary going aswell http://www.uk420.com...howtopic=279050

The reason I realized that coco coir had no nutrients in it was when I posted a thread in sick plant section, I know it sounds silly but I am a first time grower and thought I i had bought PM supreme soil no Coco coir
