Seedism update Why have I not been around much

The last 24 months have been a very hectic ordeal and I have not had much chance to post any updates for quite a while.
I will try to give a little update on what we are up to.
1.
Due to ever changing conditions world-wide, we had to create a few different locations where we could maintain our current library and experiment with new strains.
We now have expanded our test ground in California and Spain, Holland is no longer good for our libraries, they are going backwards where others go forwards.
More updates on these gardens will come soon.
2.
We had a few complaints about germination with the Killawatt, the figures showed less than 3% not germinating or turning into runts.
This is not a large number and acceptable for most companies, we however are (try to be) deeply involved with our customers and would like to see these numbers reduced even further.
Our latest harvest of the Killa is in and came through the test with our 100% target.
!!! if you have any issues with our strains, no germ or obvious runts, let us know we do replace them through most shops. !!!
3.
We are looking into new packaging and are communicating with manufacturers to find one that we can work with, this is mainly because we would like to create a more secure package that will guarantee a safer transportation of the seeds.
When I started looking into this last year I thought this would be easy, but the truth of the matter is that a more elaborate package has to be ordered in huge quantities and we are still a small company and our budget does not allow that yet.
I would appreciate feedback from you guys in regard to your opinion on our packages.
4.
We had initially planned the release of four strains earlier this yeear.
Due to the unexpected chaos that came with an unexpected ending of two major locations, we lost a lot of momentum and only the Hippie Killer could be finished as planned.
We are still doing test runs with the other trains but with less space available they had to wait in line with ongoing projects at the remaining location.
Our breeders estimate that we can schedule the next release date around mid-November 2011.
We do not have a definite name yet for the new strains, one is now dubbed "project KushKush", more info soon.
I have to go to Cali end of October and will get more details on which strains are closest to release.
I am also getting a few pure land-race strains in from Laos and Burma to add to our library.
Laotian Chocolate and Burmese Kush (we already have the modern versions so would be a nice comparison and potential to improve them) , and a few less well-know strains, all with a lot of potential for the next-next generation of Seedism seeds.
I am grateful for all the support we get from the forums, you guys are invaluable for us.
Peace

You know, even being in the position I am with seedism, we are still just like you and everybode else.
We work hard, face problems like everybody else, have a cup of tea and watch eastenders.
project KushKush has been evolving, our pure indica Kush is not ready yet unfortunatel.
It is a bit of a shame that the market demands us to concentrate almost 100% on female genetics, the orders for regular seeds has been quite low in the UK.
we had to let go of our regular sativa line as well as our four outdoor strains because it is very expensive to run so many lights when the seeds do not get sold.
We have a very nice non-fem version of "Nurkle" (Purple Urkle X Nebula) ready to be released around December, but we might keep them in Cali where they are being produced.
The market there demands mostly regular genetics, not female, so most of our "classic" library is now over there.
And we are testing a few crosses with an improved (more indica) OGKush, hopefully they come through the test grow without any problems because some look very promising.
And just arrived to play with are some landrace strains including:
Laotian Chocolate (fast flowering Indica with bitter chocolate-ish flavours)
Burmese Kush (one of my favorite strains from the kush family, very strong and compact)
Now I will start selecting some pics for our Cali update, will be back soon.
Peace

Stupid idea. What if you lose your wallet? Whoever finds it can find you with a few mins online by the names on your card - and they know you probably grow weed.

Truly sad to hear about your stress and difficulties, all of which seem completely unnecessary if politics would smarten up and stop acting ignorantly- literally aka ignoring the truth and the facts. So much said...
Your Nurkle sounds quite interesting. Will you only market your California-grown seeds on the North-American market,or will you have some stock avaible here in Europe as well?
I am unsurpassingly interested in your Chocolate Laos !!! I am a real old-school guy and my unforgettable "best old-days experiences" include an amazing Thai/Laoation Sticks one season that was red-brown-copper bud with this chocolaty-spice-pipe tobacco-leather kind of aroma. The high was sensational - mellow and psychedelic yet had no traces of raciness or panic, paranoia or unease of anykind. Yet it was still trippy as all-hell in anything more than small doses.
So I would be highly, highly highly interested in purchasing what ever you have to offer.
I am sure I am not the only one here drooling...
