Smoothie with loads of spinach, frozen blackcurrants, nice apple juice, seeds, porridge, wheat germ, cocoa beans, raw honey and milk.

I opted for a nice cup of tea braved the elements and proceeded to enjoy my brekfast of champions , the Smellyberry marries with a nice cup of tea just lovely
