Hi all i have not been around much as i have/am still having a hellish problem with my sciatica, so much so death has seemed a very nice option to take at the moment.... I will try to get on to answer as much as i can but i am really struggling here on med's designed to knock a horse out and work with cancer patients... Please try to bear with me.

Take it easy mate, don't push things. Folks'll wait!! But if you push too hard, things may not get better as soon as they otherwise might ;)
