still use tobacco me i get about 3 spliffs to one cig if im on my own but in company people just cant smoke them without wretching so i add a bit more baccy , ive tried the straight spliffs many a time but the coughs always come within 4 or 5 tokes so i go back to a bit of baccy next spliff everytime

Cig free 1 year pure joints 4 months never going back! It's changed my smoking habit too! I can go much longer between joints and can get high without smoking (cookies) and not feel the need to smoke!

Can`t say i`ve ever eaten it raw mate i melt some chocolate, mix in the ground herb, mix in some corn/bran flakes and some blueberries for good measure and put it into cake cases and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours, hey presto, you`re good to go

I hang my head in shame to say that about 4 or 5 months ago in a moment of stupidity I started smoking again after the second time I had done a year off the shit.. So now I even smoke roll ups in between spliffs I'm that bad again..

I smoke pure in a pipe, and mixed in a spliff.

Ive tried pure spliffs numerous times but for some reason just cant make em work for me.

I did give up tobacco after my first harvest, but was back on it by the third, at least ive cut down, used to do a pack of amber leaf a week, now that lasts me a month so iam getting better, but still addicted to the baccy

Gave up fags ten years ago, I'd get all dizzy if I tried one now. Used to be spliffs with half a Marlboro in but it is so nice just to roll up a bit of pure in a standard skin, I don't even bother with roaches, it's quick 'n easy 'n tasty and if it's not enough as it never is, well I have another.

I kept going back to them after giving up with the nicotine gum, until I took the instructions seriously and kept on chewing the gum for ages after giving up. I was on it for two years, then it occurred to me that I was a bit bored with nicotine and I stopped and really really didn't want a cig and haven't since. Developed a serious Wrigley's habit though. So that's the key with the gum I reckon - just be prepared to carry on using it for like a couple of years.

I gave up baccy 6 years ago when i got lung cancer and had several surgeries..Pure in a pipe now.as i get older and wheezier i will cut that out too.Interestingly enough i just ate some hash this morning for the 1st time in ages to give the lungs a break..White rhino bubble anyone
