Are you claiming you're nothing to do with minimax? If that's the case then what's with the branding at the start of your videos?
Can you buy the reflector's seperate? I'd be interested in one of those for my own 150w lamp.

you said they were eballasts so i thought id prove you wrong buddy and the start is just editing on my imovie package nothing more. i took the video last night.

i bought mine as completes from a mate who got them in holland for me so i dont have a clue where youd get the shades.

i was searching for info on my lights and this thread came up and i was astounded to see the views on them so i thought a peek at my room might wind you all up. ive had these for nearly a year fella and im NOT going back to face burners. lumens schmoooooomans whatever...im a happy boy

but i am bored and stuck at work

So they're magnetic ballasts?
That's not what the people selling them are saying. Paid 30 for my 150w ballast.

at work ?! fuck that , if you can get that yield from that amount of light you should make money writing a how to book or even go work for the viets setting up factories. although if that yield turned out to be a little exaggerated they might not be happy boys lol

a 'digital' ballast (which of course there is no such thing) IS an 'e'ballast (electronic ballast)

what lamps are you running in these magical 150w digital ballasts may i ask?
i'm not arguing, i'm just explaining why i'm right

he MINIMAX 150 operates with either Metal Halide (blue vegetative) or, High Pressure Sodium bulbs (red flowering).

so your ballast is making a standard 150w hps lamp, produce more light than a 400w hps lamp  lol  get out of here mate

oooo questions..... ill do my best to answer.

i buy my lamps from jesus as they give me the most lumens, buddas ones just dont cut the mustard. shame really as there in a nice box.

i bought my scales from the pound shop...shame though the box was shite but i couldnt afford the batteries.

i get 25 quid a gram for just the sticks, no one round here wants anything else

my lights are a secret alien technolgy and produce enough lumens to turn male plants female! how about that eh ,bet you want them now eh

i use hamsters and gerbills as my medium and i find gaffa tape holds them in place wonderfully. i love them as they keep a really stable ph

bullshit is only any good for the final flush and brings out the natural aroma beautifully. 2 kilos does it nicley.

wanna know anything else......ask your dad.

i like it, a thread pops up enquiring about a new lighting 'system' (which is actually in fact just a new brand of electronic ballast, for shitty low powered lights) and suddenly a new member appears on the forum who can pull 2g/w from standard 150w hps lamps (the least efficient of nearly ALL HID discharge lamps)

but he's not a salesman folks :spliff:

It would be nice to get 2g a watt from a room that's running on approximately 16w per suare foot though scrag. :ouch:

I used a 150w HPS for years.. and they will never compare with a 400w or 600w HPS... How?

You need the lights about 5 inches away from the buds for a start.. How high are this guys lamps?

Not buying it... Each lamp covering 3 foot by 4 foot?... That's a 600w type space surely!

Quote

it is 12 ft by 8 ft
