Go to 26: 37 All baby steps and it will grow and grow just like cannabis! Netherlands has got the balance right it seems!! Still say UK out-lets and cannabis for medical use will be the best around, We are already set up with the tea rooms we have all over the UK and more built etc...! As for Hard drugs it should be given for free or a small price and this will kill off the crime and police bulling for points! The charities will be able to help more people because its now in the open and the users and not scared of the laws etc... The scary law has a lot to do with all this out look of paranoia and fear for users and none users! all you have to do is look at USA and the rest, paranoia and crime is dropping! and the prescription costs for nhs will go down. giving more resource for non medical cannabis users and the state to benefit,
I think community cultivation is the way to go.Every community would be able find strain specific plants for various treatments. pooling the results for use by everyone. Drug companies would never compete with mass trials by the people, No need to do tests on animals, as there will be plenty of human volunteers.. Love to do a rant but have to change the thermostat on my surf,,When i find its location?? |
