 Police discovered what they described as a 'cannabis factory' in Ballykinler Saturday, 7 November 2009 A 37-year-old man has been charged with growing cannabis after police officers uncovered what they described as a "cannabis factory" in County Down. The discovery was made in Ballykinler on Friday. The man was also charged with the possession of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply, criminal damage and dishonestly obtaining electricity.
