hi folks,my seedlings are in there second week,and about 7 to 10 centemeters tall,all the stems are very thin and transparent,have i planted my seeds too shallow,or is this natural.....firs time grower folks

Not planted too shallow.
Most likely light too far away / kept in propagator too long (not needed once seedlings are up.) -------------------- 2 x 250 watt HPS plus compost and tap water.

It depends on what sort of lamp it is. Close for fluorescents, further and further away with HPS.
Thumb's width from 18 watt fluorescents
9 inches from 250 watt HPS. Note the small fan to keep the air moving. The general rule is to use the back of your hand at the "canopy" level - "warm" is good, "hot" isn't. -------------------- 2 x 250 watt HPS plus compost and tap water.
