I'll tell you what would be good, MK Ultra from T.H Seeds, i'm growing out 4 just now and they branch very well, all the branches rise up to.

Mine only got a 5 week veg and they got topped once and they must have between 8-12 tops, theres a couple that look like they'll yield pretty good not biggest but it smells very nice.

I'm planning on using it for a scrog at one point think it would be good for it, plus the flowering times look like there going to be around 8-9 weeks thumbsup.gif

Any strain can be scrogged.........to a degree.
Personally, I think you have to look at the question of what is NOT a suitable scrog plant.....the only strains I try to avoid scrogging are those with huge fan leaves (bud shading and humidity issues) and unusually large internodal spacing, which can leave the scrog area under-filled with bud.

Get to know the plant you are growing, grow it out normally before scrogging.....learn what she likes and dislikes, how much she stretches.....use this information to achieve a full screen and more 'control' of the screen.

Have fun smile.gif

im growing flying dutchmans power skunk for the first time and using a scrog for e first time all seems well 2 weeks into 12/12 after a 4 week veg and have nearly filled my small screen great plant v healthy grows fast and easy but i will have to wait untill cropping time to decide weather im going to scrog again as i can only grow one plant at a time im waiting to see if there will be a yeld advantage if there is i will do again if not i will go back to normal multi branching a plant
at the mo the screog looks good though i havn't enjoyed doing all the trainig and pruning of leaves that much so ill wait and see what i make of scroging come yield time

I was under the impression that every strain can be scrogged.

Im 2 weeks in to scrogging mazar from DP so will test that theory soon.

Single cola strains should be kept as single cola. Plus they much prefer to have high watts per square foot.

My first attempt at doing a grow as if I were a newbie with as little skill as possible involved. Like all 'first grows', it didn't go completely to plan.

And whys that then? I top or FIM every plant to reduce the chance of budrot.

Also what do you mean there prefer high watts per square foot?
