got 2 plants in there in 5lt pots
i usually use 4 litre been getting skinny/loose bud sindrome since using root grow been geting massive roots not buds hoping these 2 in playgron and bigger pots will have propper drainage and aeriation any coments? -------------------- If in doubt - leave it out !

You may want bigger pots, but wait for a few more experienced growers to give comment as well. I use 13.2 liter pots myself for flowering.

not got a lot of height in veg or flower

skinny fluff buds are generally more of a lighting issue. They need more intense light. I've never heard of a healthy root system (which you have) causing fluff bud.
