got 2 plants in there in 5lt pots
i usually use 4 litre been getting skinny/loose bud sindrome since using root grow been geting massive roots not buds hoping these 2 in playgron and bigger pots will have propper drainage and aeriation any coments?

You may want bigger pots, but wait for a few more experienced growers to give comment as well. I use 13.2 liter pots myself for flowering.
Your lower trim looks okay to me. I'm pretty aggressive about trimming lower branches.

in flower i have to water every 2 days 4litre pots the 2 plants in 5 litre pots every 3 days could that cause skinny bud

skinny fluff buds are generally more of a lighting issue. They need more intense light. I've never heard of a healthy root system (which you have) causing fluff bud.
