Hi all, well over the last month ive been buying everything needed for my good friend woowoo's growroom, we got all the basics & he will add things to the room as & when needed. The main thing is ive made him see the light stoned.gif no more buying shitty soapbar for this man & he will also have a hobby he will love, i just know it biggrin.gif ive know this man for 17yrs & hes a top bloke, hes never grown weed before but has seen my kit when i was growing in my loft back home, hes been dying to get into it all so off i popped back home to scotland on monday & we got it sorted guitar.gif

The location is a bedroom cuboard, he actually painted it white around a year ago for this purpose but has just nvr had enough spare cash to go ahead until now. So heres the cuboard in question, slightly bigger than 1sq metre but lots of height in there, the roof slopes back a bit & theres a shelf in there already. We decided to keep the shelf & use it for the carbon filter to sit on along with the ballast. heres some pics....

Well firstly we done some measuring then marked the holes to be cut in the ceiling, these are for the ducting leading to the 4inch intake rvk & 6inch extraction rvk which will live up in the attic to keep noise levels down. We then screwed a strap to the ceiling so we could hang the light centrally with no probs, cut the holes & put up hooks n chain for the light...... stoned.gif

Very nice....
Question.... why use a 4 inch in and a 6 inch out? Why not use 6 inch both ways? or for that matter 4 inch both directions?

wolfie......neagtive pressure is one of your best friends as a grower smile.gif
And the 6 inch extract gives him a bit of scope in the summer.....bigger the better they say wink1.gif

That is a very tidy cupbard HS......very similar to my own first set up. Well, apart from my louvre doors and lack of CF.....didn't ever know they existed at the time ph34r.gif

Anyway, I hope.......nay, DEMAND to see some greenery in there.
Best of luck with things HS and woowoo cool.gif

FAI - yep you got it exactly right with the size of the fans m8, the 6in will prob be flat out in there come summer but for the meantime its negative pressure we're after for smell issues ph34r.gif
