I am about to purchase a few PM products, oldtimers grow and bloom and more Granules, now what confuses me is the fact that oldtimers range actually helps to feed the herd ( read it somewhere) so why would I want to further feed it with Boost ?

All you really need for feeding your plants are grow and bloom, I have had very good result useing just these two, in fact I have had good results with just bloom, relying on the base fertilisers in my compost for vegetive growth.

All the other products are tweeks or refinement products for fine tuning and improving your grow.

Granules, [I use these] helps you have a good micro heard, granules have a small amount of a dry form of boost, this stimulates and helps the microbes to establish.

Boost does two things, it supports and stimulates the micro heard once they are established, also it raises the cation exchange capacity of any compost or soil it is added to, in old terms makes it a more fertile medium. This works best during the vegetive and early flowering period.
Q. how do i make seeds?

A. You take a splinter off my cross, tie a few hairs to one end of it, dip the hairs into the pollen and lightly brush the pistils with it.

Can anyone tell me how similar this is to Bio Heaven (thinking of getting this instead and trying out a few other PM nutes).

Doubt it as boost mainly takes up nutes that are present so if theres none there then they can't take it up.

Cool. I can stop worrying now.

Once every 10 days or so during veg and up till day 14 in fruit should be adequate enough.

Just bare in mind that it is pretty potent stuff. Be sure to use as a drench BY ITSELF ONLY!!!! i.e. do not mix it with other nutrients etc

Cool :B): Yes that's the plan here too :guitar:

I use the Granules each pot up too and apparently this is very complimentary.

Can I mix Boost with PM Bio-wetter? Can it be used in an essence brew?

Thanks OldTimer, I have just popped 10 Killerskunk and 9 Smellyberry, I dropped and lost one of the smellies, they look much stronger than the Super Lemon Haze I popped at the same time and the roots were literally bursting out of the root riot cubes. Just hoping I get plenty of mams, keep up the awesome work.

Thanks again.

Does any body use this as a foilier spray?

What do you use it with, just the bio-wetter or would you also include some catalyst or maybe even silicon?

Thanks in advance guys
