And permanently, Discredited, And abandoned,Everywhere is war,Me say war.
That until there no longer First class and second class citizens of any nation,
Until the colour of a man's skin is of no more significance than the colour of his eyes, Me say war.
That until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all, Without regard to race, Dis a war.

I just re-stocked on Maxicrop, but all they had was the "PLUS SEQUESTERED IRON" bottle:
It says on the back: Iron fertiliser solution in Maxicrop Seaweed Extract base, contains 2% (W/W) Iron (Fe) soluble in water
I cant imagine a bit of iron would do any harm but I thought I better check with the experts - is it safe to use in essence brews/micro herd safe?
Cheers

I would suggest you just use seaweed extract not products with added Fe/iron unless you have an iron deficiency problem.
A. You take a splinter off my cross, tie a few hairs to one end of it, dip the hairs into the pollen and lightly brush the pistils with it.

Its all I could get my hands OT ... and I need to knock up a batch of essence pronto - am I better off brewing essence without seaweed than using this product?
cheers

Seaweed at this stage helps support the establishment of the microbes on the plant aerial plant surfaces as well as supplying the plant with some macro/micros, so seaweed is not really needed but adds to the table, mostly I do not use it more than once in a grow.
Using Fe enhanced products once will not matter, but repeated use on none Fe deficient plants will cause other nutrient lockouts, its a bad idea.

I'm in the last week of veg, I've used 2 compost teas so far and they've been good - I like the idea and the effect. I'm out of castings and guano now and was wondering about either essence or evolution for once last spray at the end of stretch before flowers start forming.

Evolution is a bio growth stimulant folia spray and can be used weekly from emergence to the second week in flowering.
Essence is a microbial spore product that requires brewing to activate, used as a foliar spray it populates the aerial parts of the plant with friendly microbes, a blend of yeasts, fungi and bacteria that help protect against plant pathogens it can be used up to the last 3 weeks of flower. Evolution and essence are compatible on the aerial plant surfaces, although one should dry before the other is used.
As a drench it also populates the root zone with plant friendly microbes.
