Well, I must say you've certainly turned my eye towards a grow tent -
especially thecrystalcatcher's - that's well sweet.

It's nice to see other peoples work - thanks for the pic's!

I still have my HydroGarden 2mx2mx2m, which is excellent. The zips are good, and the price of the tent was very reasonable (£180, new from ebay). I had to modify it for 2 600w air-cooled supernovas, I cut 6" holes at head level for the ducting to pass right through the tent and ensure heat levels stay in range for flowering plants. And although not strictly necessary, I fully light-proofed it from any of the tiniest pinprick holes in the zips and seams. Ffantastic bit of kit. All I need now is to get my lights, fans, hydro tables, nutes, pumps, timers, etc. back off the police...

Lovely looking tent matey, I grow a small amount in a DR60 which i've had for the best part of 3 years and it is still as good as new. Would seem the dark room tents are well built. Like anything if you look after it then it will last cool.gif

Ive been using a budbox large for my currant grow and I cant say ive had any problems.

Infact its been great. I use an rvk100+ passive for intake and a ruck150 to extract. It takes my 4 pot wilma with ease. Ive also got 5 fans running in it too for added air circulation.

The zips are a little weak for the job. But so far nothing has broken or not worked the way it should.

It went from delivery to fully built in under 15 mins and i expect it to take the same time to take down.

And although its not as ideal as a custom hand made grow room. It does do its job well and is great for someone who cant dedicate the space for a full-time growroom. Or for someone like myself that does not have the time or the skills too build their own
