Halogens are waste of time for growing mate

Me thinks you ought to have done a bit more reading and at least grab the basics before starting

If i were you id start again mate. Your plant is a month old, it should've been that size in a few days. Also buy some seeds so you definatly know what your growing, just a cheap pack to start. can get some for a tenner. you dont know where the seeds your growing have come from, you could spend along time growing it just to turn out to be a hermie. just my opinion mate, if you carry on then good luck.
