Have always enjoyed Caravan.
Saw them live a few times.

Have got everything on vinyl that they did.

You should be able to find "If I could do it all over again Id do it all over you" quite easily on C.D.

There are a band I always go back to.
They still do a few gigs.
Most people dont seem to have heard of them.

See caravan information service - www.caravan-info.co.uk

Never seen Caravan live before but I'd love to. They're playing the Astor Theatre in Deal, Kent on 1st August, anyone fancy it?

Cant make that concert. Which is a shame as I would love to see them live again.

I think that album " If I could .." is probably their best.
Followed by Land of Grey and Pink.

Thanks for making link clickable- thewhoami.
You have the power!

The canterbury bands ,and bands that linked up to them, from the old days were - Camel, Wilde Flowers,Kevin Ayres, Matching Mole, Soft Machine, Hatfield and the North, and others I cant remember.

Nostalgia again.

I heard about the Canterbury festival but couldn't find anything on when I searched yesterday. Anyone know if it's on this year?

I've got tickets for the Mod Father at Hyde Park in June and The Stones at Twickenham in August. Should be good on both counts.

I'm definitely gonna get tickets for Caravan.

Thanks for the link sr.

Anyone heard of Eliza Carthy; English Folk singer? Heard her for the first time a week or so ago on Radio 2, she's got an album out called Angels & Cigarettes, well worth a listen.
