I've got one of the below, it does the same but to plot the charts it needs to be plugged in to a laptop.

Cheers for that, i'll snaffle one of them for future use.

The decibel meter is for the sound of breath escaping each time you look at it I imagine.

Exhalation peaked at 98 db upon seeing the first bud. Expect jack hammer type indications once boosting starts and the Jet engine upon cutting the fucking thing down.

Cheers :smokin:

Marriage material there nelly my friend! :guitar:

Today the Threesome went into the tent next door as the gradual harvest as started, making a little room for them.

the DS90 is now relegated back to its rightful job of simple drying hut. :headpain:

The Cube - Florescence Day 39 (115)

In an effort to make things a little more hospitable I have dropped a bulb, so back down to 1.8kw now, of HPS/Duel Spec Mixed. Temps are better at canopy level and i can get away with not having the fan up there. Today i noticed a little tip burn etc (from the heat/no circ fan in the bulb array), so that as prompted this change. Apart from that they seem ok, so the environmental stress should stop now I'm hoping...

A (failed) Lighting Experiment

Had a play with a reflector in for the bottom Horizontal Net, trying to equalise that nets lighting while providing a reflector to bounce off for the bulbs above and into walls. It failed, and I will no doubt work on another layout tomorrow. Lights off cut me short!

These pics where without flash as its died, batteries that is, so I have whitebalanced the shots, with an original in for comparison too. I've ordered another flash gun, a MR-14ex, and I can then use the 420ex as a secondary/slaved up light source. :yahoo:

Also treated myself/the girls to a tripod mount for the 420ex and also a "parabolic" light defusing shade (basically a shiny umbrella to go in the tripod flash mount too ) That should help me get some much better pics of The Cube, but more importantly the Ring flash of the MR14ex will produce über budporn. Happy days, when its all set up in the loft it will be like a porn hut! I've wanted a MR14 since i started back shooting again when i bought my 100mm macro, quite simply macro heaven on the 5dmk2/100mm IS USM Macro! :)

The Volcano Solid Valve starter-set and the Storz & Bickle Plenty will have to wait. I'm onto 1 bag without holes now too, damn easy valves!

Anyway... comparison shots 1st for the whitebalanced images.

then a quick one of the 11ltrs in the DR240w, will have a rummage through these and tidy them up and better arrange them under the light.

Yeah they well and truly shagged. The Ice Cool fared well but when they went into the DS90 i think i had a much longer than 1st thought extraction cut out.

So they was only passively connected to my DR240w, with 600w blazing for most of the time. :ouch:

The two Bigger plants, the Sweet Cheese and Cream Caramel didn't fair so well. But theres hope for the Ice Cool yet... just visible top right/centre.
