it's on the bottle.

i was an absolute coco novice when i first used PMs nutes and had no problems what so ever growing without an EC meter. i started at about 2-2.5ml/L then gradually worked it up until the plants were happy. easy.
As far as I'm concerned, I prefer silent vice to ostentatious virtue.

Hi

Can any one help with the root Stim when growing in coco? I take it I add the grow, get my EC correct and then just add the root Stim measured by ml per litre and then adjust PH accordingly?
