Cheers for that, the jar was half filled with milk as the trichs was only on the bottom and heated the jar in a pan of water until the milk was boiling. Sugar and hot chocolate added in a mug and hey presto a delicious canna tasting chocolate drink and one very clean jar!
Lets see where this canna choc drink takes me.

If you look at the bottom of the jar there is a circular crack which is only on the outside and did not get any worse during the heating process, I only noticed this when the jar was clean but if you look at the previous picture it was there before this, thankfully it did not break and the jar has now been disposed of.

I swigged off the canna choc in one, around half a litre in total. After about 20 mins i could feel a warmth tingly feeling rolling up from my toes to my head, very comfortable and relaxed like i was sitting in a big marshmellow, proper body stoned but a very comfortable calm body buzz. For the life of me i could not work out why the Volcano until after a while MrsAmnesia passed by and told me it may work if it was plugged in! I never even got to fill a bag as i must of drifted off to sleep there and then, waking up a couple of hours later with my body feeling heavy like lead and i literally crawled into bed as my eyes could barely keep open.
A solid nights sleep and i awoke feeling fresh for the day. Strong stuff for sure and the taste was lovely.

My daughter accidentally found the answer to this question when she stuffed a damp rag into a jar covered on the insides with trichomes. I discovered the jar the next day and thought "oh fuck" as I spied the condensation on the inside, but when I rubbed my finger on the inside of the jar all the trichomes came off to leave me with some very nice, but slightly damp hash and a perfectly clean jar

As the title says. I got a 1litre kilner jar that was filled with bud, sadly the weed be all gone but the inside of the jar is pretty thickly coated in trichomes.

I usually just put a tea bag and some hot water in the jar then pour it into a cup. Irish coffee sounds nice.

and stir the tea with the spoon you use when making bubblehash, waste nothing.

A quick update on this.

We did a test run last night with one of the smaller jars we used which had a fair bit of trichs in it.

The smaller jar is not a kilner, just a cheap clip top from Asda. We put some milk in there, then put the jar into a pan of water on the hob.

Within a couple of minutes of heating, the fucking jar cracked.

Did it again just now with the big Kilner, same method, no cracking.

Just goes to show, Kilner is the Daddy.

I have a few jars that need cleaning and I am thinking of using the milk method, I am going to put a pint of milk into the first jar and then decant into the other jars after a few minutes boiling, five in total. I am wondering if it is possible to freeze the milk after I am done cleaning all the jars and allowing it to cool? Anyone frozen milk before?

after reading this and also having NO weed. (something nightmares are made of) i realized my grinder had quite a few trichs in.. so i scraped them all out with a small piece of card and got the milk on the hob! having my self a milky canna coffee for breakfast! mmmmm smells and tastes awesome

That all sounds proper long winded to me.....

Get your hands clean, then get one finger in the jar and applying a firm amount of pressure wipe your finger over the trichs... The kiff will collect on your finger and form a hard pliable lump then just scrape it off your finger using a credit card straight into the rizla, or collect it all into a lump and then use.

The amount of trichs you loose will be minimal and you dont have to put yourself through drinking some nasty shit just to get high

I don't know why some people suggested boiling trichomes in water.. they aren't soluble in water!!! That's the whole principle of bubble # Milk (whole milk preferably) works because the trichomes bond with the fat molecules (which acts as a solvent).. Other solvents like Iso/butane work because they melt the trichomes & evaporate away, leaving you a pure(ish) oil.
It is lovely with milk imo
