Four of these a day equates to one gram which is the dose recommended by Rick Simpson as a treatment for cancer

They don't stick together so I may get away without having to coat them, these will make administration so much easier

No, but I do have a grade 2 CSE in Biology and a Bronze Swimming Certificate so I'm more than qualified

Was not trying to bash you mate, was just curious.

The reason is for cannabis to become a mainstream treatment for cancer, we need empirical evidence to prove it to the establishment that it works and if the person conducting, justifying or evaluating the evidence does not have the qualifications then the powers that be are probably going to ignore it. What I think you need to do is to get a couple of medical scientists on your side to evaluate the evidence (scans etc).

I think what you are doing is fantastic. If cannabis really does stop cancer (evidence becoming more and more evident) then everyone is going to need it. 1 in 4 people die of cancer now.

Wonderful work DANZIG. As I mentioned in another post late last night my friend who self medicates with cannabis for a back problem he developed a few years ago was giving an interview on a South African Catholic radio station called Radio Veritas. I sent an email in to the radio show about half way through when I realised that they probably weren't going to give the cannabis-cancer treatment issue a mention. I asked them to please touch on the research, which suggests that THC has anti-tumor effects by encouraging programmed cell death (apoptosis) of the cancerous cells whilst leaving the healthy cells intact. I waited for a while and then much to my relief the host spoke about how an email had come through and posed the question 'Is there any merit to cannabis as a form of cancer treatment' to the doctor. The doctor actually agreed live on air and explained it in more detail! I'll try to find a recording of the interview.
