Thought I'd drop a line to say hi, been lurking for a week or two now and finally got straight enough to type :smoke:

I've just about got all I need to start with a hydro rig after losing out on my 6x4x4 room 'cause of a move....boooo. Here's the list so far:

DR100 Secret Jardin
600w Sodium
150mm silent fan (we'll see about that soon I guess)
Rhino filter
12" Oscillating fan
4 deep pot Ebb/Flood system (got the pump, do I need a bubbler?)
I have a Berry Bomb under 125 CFL in prop (soon to be replaced with heated)
Tri-meter
Water heater for the res
Nutes by the bucket

I'll be putting it all together over the next week or so and I'll do a diary too, but as this is my first attempt at hydro I would appreciate any advice thrown out.
First question, should I get 4 and veg them to get the thing going, or veg the mummy and take 16 cuts and plonk them straight into flower(after settling the roots)?

I kind of expect a fairly low yield while I get it dialled in, my comp room went from 15oz from 12 first time round up to 28-30 at the end, should I be expecting similar from the same mummy?

welcome mate!
no hydro expert but a air pump is a goo value on any nut tank helps moving nut sullution so nut don sit on the bottom of the res and also had the air...

Hi Nexus,

Good luck with your grow & I would veg out the plants then pick a mum :yep: A pump will keep your soloution together in the res & I dont have aclue how much you will yeild? Thats up to you & your groom :yep:
