Hi Guys. Just started making myself some
tincture with some super strong rum i found.

The bud is 3 weeks dry and now I am wondering
if it is aged enough not to need decarbing ?

Hope I have not ruined it. If someone could put
my mind at rest that would be cool.

cheers

Its fine for smoking I think. But for eating, you should decarboxylate it.

Do you need to decarboxylate it if making canna chocolates by putting in ground up bud into melted chocolate ?
Oldtimer1 quote
There is little understanding of how we got to where we are today, what people think of as wild or feral drug strains from different parts of the world, its really not true, real feral or wild land races just don’t really occur as very potent strains, the old hippy myth of climbing up a mountain and finding a wild patch of canna that sends you to nirvana, is just that, a myth, the wild patch belongs to someone, the drug strains are the result of hundreds or even thousands of years of selection by farmers in a specific area. The result is a cultivated landrace that is suited to the local conditions and climate of that country and produces a crop that suites the farmers needs.

Yes I thought it would be fine for smoking if I
evaporate off the alcohol ?

But the idea was to use a dropper .

Time to make some more then.

Cheers guys

I think so. I made some which were lovely, but should have been much stronger imo.

Next time I'm going to roast the bud for 1/2hr at 120c in an oven bag first.
