hi i was goin to buy a 400w hps kit but then i got told u can only flower with it is this true?? or can u buy diff spec bulbs for veg aswell? if not whats the best way to veg?(cheapest option prefer)

mate if you are £16 tight, get Dual Spectrum HPS and use for veg and flower, but you can not get the same from 400 MH (slow growth, more stretch, etc)
