sorry for asking loads of q's nearly there now , would 1litre a day in a ten litre pot in coco be enough ?

maybe at the start mate but as the plant roots out and is in full flower it'll be far more than that. I give 6l pots around 1 1/2 - 2 l a day

poachers got it spot on there.
im in 7.5l pots and im having to give them 4l aday! i keep my enviroment hot though and some of this 4l must surely be evaporated.
in coco its best to give them as much as theyll take ie water till you get a slight run off out the bottom whether that amount is 1l or 4l

Plants aren't machines.
You have to water them what they want - the amount will increase when temps are high, RH is low or when they are simply growing fast!
Also they tend to need less when getting into the last couple of weeks of flowering.
