Yes.

Starting with infected unrooted cutting is not such a good scenario as the cuts have to deal with the stress of the infection and get rooted, remember more of the infection in internal to the plant and full recovery does not happen until the plant is rooted and growing normally again. if this is what you are starting from its not so good and full recovery will take longer than getting the mum well first..
Spraying them should put a stop to the active external fungal activity, you could repeat spray after 7 days to make sure. Then no more should be needed until new growth is seen.

As far as catalyst, well personally I would not use more than 1 or at max 1.5 ml per litre, its nearly 4 times the concentration of maxicrop and much more quickly plant available, its enough IMHO.

Ok thanks for clearing that up , will mix some up in the next day or so as i don't want to spray with microbial mtu 5 weeks into flower.
I will put the rest into the soil once i have given them a good spray and hopefully they will be fine till the end of flower.

Good luck, it should hold things for you, depends on how long you have to go though.
Whats this rock dust thing, not heard about that, but then again I always seem to be the last to hear about anything.
