bulb is vio son t plus 400 never seen that before from old bulbs let alone less then a year.

notice on last grow had kind of a hot spot any plant i would put there would start drooping move it left or right by a foot and it would come back and perk up again in a few days. now bulb less then a year old so thinking i was get a bad bounce of light even though using dimpled reflective sheeting i turned light around and redid the sheeting but now on the other side of the space the plants are bending over to avoid that area so would figure bulb has a hot spot?.
