ok guys dont know if any1 has tried this before but i got this tip from a friend of mine who has been growing for many years
if you plant garlic with your herb it keeps the bugs away
tried it myself last year on a gg and it seemed to work and didnt affect the taste at all
worth thinking about peeps

It's called companion planting (google it), some work some don't. I have an allotment and i get different results every year. you can try marigolds too (gardeners favourite) you've also gotta be careful with what you're planting near ya plant's as they might fight over nutes in the soil. If you do it indoors, just use different pot's. I'm an indoors grower never done a GG, and with my indoors i just keep everything clean and put tights over vent/fan ducts, never used companion planting indoors, i fancy getting a praying mantis in my tent, tho :) !!!
How can something that will give the UK it's farming community back, bring us out of recession, reduce the countries carbon footprint, have over 5000 uses, reduce NHS Prescription cost be Illegal!!!!
