PFNC breakfast menu for today, which is cold and lumbago is snapping at the base of the spine...

You need:
2 grams of good bud, pref organic.
A half-mug of Quaker Oats
A half mug of double cream
A half mug of milk.
A big spoon of honey.
Salt to taste, if desired.

Mix milk and cream
Place milk/cream, porridge oats, and ground (finely) bud into pan.
Heat to boil, reduce to simmer for five or six minutes.
Stir in the honey and desired salt.

Sit down, put feet up if possible, and consume with some good sounds on the player..

Not tried this before, but I'm going in now, and may be a while. First impressions are that it tastes mightily of cannabis, which is nice! I lurve the taste of cannabis in the morning :yep:

canna with your carbs ...lovely idea Arnie

I eat porridge very nearly every day with nuts seeds dried fruit and honey ...never tried it with weed tho

2 grams ? @*%!!!! :blub: Eating it can really give me the fear, I think I'll start off on a low dose otherwise I'll be back under the duvet within 20 mins :ninja:
“There is no reason to accept the doctrines crafted to sustain power and privilege, or to believe that we are constrained by mysterious and unknown social laws. These are simply decisions made within institutions that are subject to human will and that must face the test of legitimacy. And if they do not meet the test, they can be replaced by other institutions that are more free and more just, as has happened often in the past.”

:D
Bloody nice, actually. Big fixed grin, the urge to giggle at everything.... yes, I'll do this again. But with 3 grams I think. Much better ;)

It has eased, but not defeated, the Lumbago type pain, But its not serious, not acute as it were; although it could have gone that way were it not for the Porridge.

I now feel extremely happy and high, might roll a pliff or even a spliff, might have some tomato soup. Then Dog walking :yahoo:

Boots, ball-slinger, tennis balls, dog and park? Check. Excellent! Sup soup and away we go...... lol dunno why I find it funny but it is

Did I tell you all about the Porridge I had a few hours ago...... ?

Trying this again at the moment, this time with around 3 or maybe 4 grams, I'm not sure. Bloody big mound of ground weed, whatever!

Very strong taste, which is fine because I am one of those weird folks who actually like the taste of cannabis, be it weed or hashish.

Think I might one day try the full 7 grams/quarter ounce porridge. Might be interesting  Or not!

Funny coloured flashes at the periphery of my vision.... Houston, we have lift off! And 'm not a third of the way through the bowl yet! that was quick!

Time for music. Hmmmmmmm Oh, I know..... Verve, "Urban Hymns"

And there was me thinking The Drugs Don't Work :guitar:

In the lazy water meadow I lay me down
All around me golden sun flakes covering the ground
Basking in the sunshine of a bygone afternoon
Bringing sounds of yesterday into this city room

ramble on...a variable grow
